Ecole Communautaire Saint Jean Baptiste
One of the first 13 incorporated into the Summits network with Father Lafontant, some of our administration staff have come from this community after being sponsored through the Zanmi Lasante education fund to attend high school and university. Large swaths of mango trees surround the community, and the school represents the central part of that community.

AN INVESTMENT OF $25,000 SERVES 284 STUDENTS FOR ONE YEAR
When you sponsor a Summits school you are investing in the promise of a bright future for the children of Haiti. Our mission at Summits is nothing less than changing the trajectory of a generation of Haitians to aim for a better life, a more sustainable community, and a vibrant and productive country. To achieve this goal, we are committed to providing the very best education to our students, by training their teachers, building their schools and supporting them as they reach far beyond the mountains of the Central Plateau to realize their most ambitious dreams. When you sponsor a Summits school you are helping to make dreams come true.
